Another standout from the cupping table in Honduras. This coffee was bursting with sweetness and complexity. Edin came to us through Kevin Bohlin at Saint Frank. Years ago, we had a washed coffee on the table that wowed us—and it turned out to be Edin’s.
This one’s just as impressive: think rich, caramel-vanilla cola vibes with playful papaya & tropical fruit notes & some nice fink. It’s incredible as a filter, but would also crush it as an espresso.
