David Sabillon is one of the best producers we’ve worked with in Honduras. His Geisha is coming soon, but in the meantime, this one checks all the boxes for our “Super Sweet”—or “Super Sucrée,” as we say in French.

David works magic with a varietal that doesn’t always get the love it deserves, processing it with serious finesse. The result? A deeply sweet, layered, and complex coffee you’ll want to drink every day.

He is a dedicated coffee farmer in Las Flores, Santa Barbara, Honduras, growing Parainema, Pacas, and Geisha with care and expertise. Raised in a coffee-growing family, he inherited his father’s land in 2015 and has since poured his heart into producing exceptional micro-lots, motivated to continue improving the quality and diversity of his coffees.
