I mean...where would be without our partners at Crop & in Ethiopia? Nowhere, that's where! Every year we've slowly been able to secure coffees that we've been more and more in love with. Now, with relationships evolving over in Ethiopia between Crop & producers, we feel like the coffees we have now will be back over and over as staples for years to come.

This natural has so much going on. So much floral, so much fruit, so much complexity. It's one of our favorite Ethiopians and it's not even from a "decorated" producer which proves, it's not all about awards and accolades. Sometimes David is as impressive as goliath without even throwing a stone. Please get in on this one. It's incredible.

Tuke Yute is not a common name in coffee. Yet. This coffee, hopefully, proves that Tuke has an uncanny ability to process coffees if this processing method stays true into next year. Tuke Yute lives with his two wives and twelve children in Keramo Shanta, where he grows coffee on his 10 hectare farm and processes additional coffee from 30 registered outgrowers to whom he pays a second payment following the harvest.
